JCP ANNUAL CHANUKAH PARTY – Sunday, December 1, 2013

CHANUKAH this year begins on Wednesday Night, the 27th of November and will continue for 8 days until Thursday, the 5th of December.  OUR JCP ANNUAL CHANUKAH PARTY will be on Sunday, December 1, 2013 – between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM – at the 1912 Center in Moscow (412 E 3rd St, between Adams & Van Buren).      As usual, it will be a POTLUCK.   The JCP will provide beverages, utensils and other supplies.  Bring your favorite Chanukah food or dessert, your menorah and your colorful candles.

THIS YEAR WE STILL NEED A PERSON TO VOLUNTEER TO BE OUR CHANUKAH PARTY COORDINATOR.    Much of the work has already been done, in that we already have the room reserved, the latke production team is already assembled, and the parents involved in the Sunday School program have agreed to take charge of dreidels and gelt for the kids.   Still, it is very helpful to have a person take on the role as Chanukah Party COORDINATOR:  if only to help arrange that JCP supplies be brought from Pullman, decorations are available for set up, and clean-up is accomplished.    Of course, as always, we need volunteers to come early to help set up and volunteers to stay later to help clean up.   Please let me know if you can help.

For directions to the 1912 Center you can view a map at:   The building is across from Moscow High School and just east of downtown Moscow.
