Jan 9 – March 16, 2012 — FROM HAVEN TO HOME: 350 Years of Jewish Life in America
The College of Idaho, in Caldwell, Idaho will be presenting the national touring exhibit entitled: “FROM HAVEN TO HOME: 350 Years of Jewish Life in America,” between JANUARY 9, 2012 and MARCH 16, 2012. It will be at the Langroise Center for Performing and Fine Arts, which is located at 2112 Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell, ID, 83605. The Exhibit can be viewed at no charge Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Group tours or after-hours access may be arranged by contacting email@example.com. There will be an Opening Event on January 23, 2012, featuring Sid Lapidus, co-chairman, American Jewish Historical Society. FROM HAVEN TO HOME, a national touring exhibit organized by the American Jewish Historical Society, has been displayed throughout the United States. The Exhibit at the College of Idaho will, however, contain more than the national touring exhibit. It will include historical information, photographs, artifacts, posters and information about Jewish Life in Idaho since the earliest settlers, including those who settled in Boise, Wood River, Pocatello and Lewiston.
